Yummy Tuesday : Egg Free French Pancakes Recipe

Good morning!

Today I would like to share with you a special recipe: Egg Free French Pancakes Recipe.

Having an allergic child is not easy. My daughter is allergic to eggs since born {she was allergic to many other things but thankfully she outgrown them and only the egg allergy remains}. If you are interested I think I will write some Blog Posts about coping with allergies in young babies and the difficult NHS Journey.

I struggled a lot to find good egg free recipes that really keeps the pleasure of eating desserts.

One of our favorite “savouries” is French Pancakes, unfortunately they DO contain eggs. I tried to find alternatives . I will update you with an Egg free and Dairy free recipe, just leave me some time 🙂

The best one is this recipe that I have adapted to our needs and likes. Really, It is impossible to make a difference between these pancakes and the original recipe! My husband always asks: “Are you sure there is no eggs???

They are really easy to make and sure you have the ingredients in your cupboard.

Let’s start .
