Bambinomio Miosolo Cloth Nappy review and new Aldi Prints!

Bambinomio is one of my favourites cloth nappy. When I first stashed for Baba2 I did not hear about them. My first Bambino miosolo nappy has been bought a week before I gave birth only because I received a special offer email from Emma’s diary. It was a lilac Bambinomio miosolo. And since this first buy, I bought many, many, many more {certainly too much} for Baba2 and Baba3. I can say without shame: it is an addiction and I love this All in One Cloth Nappy. I have used them a lot on my Baba2 from 3 months old to 24 months old. I did not have any leak with them as you can easily boost them. My daughter {Baba2} do not go to nursery yet, but if she did, Bambinomio Miosolo nappies would have been my choice. They are the easiest nappy I have in my stash to use and clean. With no doubt and anxiety, they are the one I ask my husband to use when I am away and he handles them with no fear …

Return to Cloth Nappies with Baby number 2: NEWBORN CLOTH NAPPIES STASH

So let’s start again. After our failure with Baba1 when I learnt I was pregnant with Baba2, I decided to change my view of cloth nappies. Restart from the beginning because for us it was clear if we failed first time we will not accept it a second time! We may have lost a battle but not the war against disposables. So my first goal was: GET INFORMED! I mean well informed. I wanted to understand everything and make sure that I knew what I was buying, how to use it, pros and cons and all the possible alternatives available, all the brands, everything really. My days were busy looking at Blogs and Vlogs. The first thing you need to do is to get familiar with the glossary. It is just like a foreign language, if you do not understand it, you cannot speak it. You see? Get familiar with all the different styles of nappies, fabrics, everything. I made my own modest Cloth nappies glossary if that can help. Once you understand what it is …

Frugi, an organic Eco-friendly clothing brand from Bump to child

Nearly 37 weeks today and just starting to gather all we might need. For this Baby, like for Baba2 {let’s call her Rainbow from now}, we are going to use cloth nappies from birth. For Rainbow, I did not buy special cut for clothes clothing as I thought it was useless and just a new “need” created by Brands. I was so wrong and so silly! Guess what happened? All my baby vests were too short and had a tendency to squeeze the nappy, resulting on leaks. I decided to buy some vest extenders thinking that it will help. Unfortunately, they were compatible with only 2 out of 10 baby vests. Not having the time to search for another solution, we just kept going and just not fastening the vest when impossible resulting on a funny look. I am now more than convinced and aware that Cut for Clothes Clothing makes your life easier and are more practical if you use cloth nappies! So I have decided to invest in few clothes and see how …

10 Reasons why using Real nappies is NOT posh!

Hi everyone! Few days ago, I was on facebook and in my feeds see someone talking about real nappies. This lovely blogger was in shock after reading in a forum a mum telling that “using cloth nappies is posh!” Here is her article: “Are cloth nappies posh now?” Waw what a shock! In fact not so chocking to be honest. What “Posh”means for me? It means that it is not affordable that common people cannot buy them. I do agree if you decide to buy the most expensive nappies out there and buy any new designs that coming out, yes, it is for sure, POSH! But who needs to buy a nappy at £30? When I first wanted to use real nappies , it was 5 years ago for my first daughter. At this time, we did not really have a comfortable budget {not to say that we were really tight} so during my pregnancy, I tried my best to find the best deal. And to be honest, I really thought that strangely “using cloth nappies” is not …
